Should I have a "breakout" room? Can be very useful. To save cost use the lounge, restaurant or bar areas intermittently - but risky, as these are common areas 

Lighting Daytime, bright, alert

Communications facilities Desk Paper [Optional] meeting recording for review later, projection equipment, creativity coach, training coaches, video conference for multi site meeting. 

Ambiance Formal, but audience treated as high powered individuals.

SETTING DESK BASED TRAINING SUITE

Luxury training suites consist of comfort chairs plus sizeable 700mm x 700mm individual candidate desks. A number of settings are available. 

* The first diagrams on left shows a  35 people training suite with an integral refreshments bar 

* The second diagrams on left shows a  25 people training suite complete with more relaxed breakout / syndicate suite. The syndicate suite can be separated as an individual room with door access.

* A variation on the above theme is shown below. This particular setting was used to enthuse the sales team about a new products. Full multimedia, including projection, TV and meeting recording was available.
