Our boardrooms are about stimulating a conducive communications that are tuned in with your meeting objectives. As an example, we can change lighting and layout to suit a classic "CEO power meeting" - where the focus is at the table head end - matching the feeling of the meeting at which the CEO is giving directives.   

How many people? Two to Twenty Six

Should I have a "breakout" room? A good idea... for lengthier meetings, and especially where you might be using smaller breakout sessions to brainstorm, or discuss sub-aspects of the meeting. 

Lighting A variety of flexible settings, from power lighting at the head of the table, to creative dimmed lighting, or highlight specific tables, or central focus area

Communications facilities Projection [Optional] meeting recording for review later, projection equipment, creativity coach, training coaches, video conference for multi site meeting. 

Ambiance Relaxed or formal, depending on the meting needs

Food and refreshments Our seated areas can cater for all the meeting attendees to dine in a reserved area of one of our restaurants. An alternative is a buffet style meal.
